You must comply with the minimum stay of 6 or 11 months, depending on your contract. You can also resign from the contract within 2 months prior to the end of each month. Please use this formula to cancel your contract.

Example:

Maxi has a minimum stay of 11 months. The contract starts on the 1st of April, 2022, and ends on the 31st, of March, 2026. The earliest chance of dismissal can be calculated like this:

the minimum stay of 11 months will be reached on the 28th of February, 2023
the 2 months restriction will end on the 31st of December, 2022.

If Maxi will hand in the efficacious dismissal letter before the 31st of December, 2022 in our administration office, then all necessary conditions are fulfilled.
