No more castings or capricious application rounds in untidy city apartments. In the Studentendorf Schlachtensee, you can open your own shared flat in completely renovated apartment buildings.

How does that work? A group of six students or three couples get together and move into an apartment in Berlin's most beautiful student village. The flat-sharing community concludes a tenancy agreement for up to four years and thus saves a lot of money.

The monthly rent is 2,400 Euro (400 Euro/ resident) instead of 2,640 Euro for six single occupancies. The rent includes all additional costs such as electricity, heating and Wifi. The use of all facilities such as the laundrette or the gym is also included. The apartments are fully furnished and equipped, but still there is enough space for your creativity. Everything is wonderfully new and the panoramic view into the greenery engenders a good mood.
