AN APPEAL BY THE RENTAL OFFICE

 

Dear tenants of Studentendorf Schlachtensee  and  Adlershof,

 

we kindly ask you to read this mail carefully.

The current situation is very difficult for all of us. However, this following appeal to you is very important to us!

 

1. Please don’t come to the rental office in person anymore!

We can and will solve any problems together with you via e-mail. Please make payments via bank transfers only.

2. Clean the common areas and private rooms!

Although we maintain the weekly cleaning service for all public areas in the houses, you have to take care of hygiene yourselves! That is the most important thing in the current situation!

3. Minimize the number of private visits!

This is a very difficult topic for everyone. Nevertheless, you should limit the number of personal meetings as much as possible to prevent the risk of infection.

 

We wish all residents a lot of strength and health to get through this situation.
